The rules and conditions for using the EarnPati platform — for partners, advertisers, and website visitors alike.
Overview & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EarnPati app, web platform (offers.earnpati.com), and this website (earnpati.com). The platform is operated by ZAccount Digitals OPC Private Limited ("EarnPati", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, submitting a form, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility & Your Account
- To become a partner, you must be 18 years or older and able to provide valid KYC documents.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information — incorrect information may result in account suspension.
- Keeping your account credentials confidential is your responsibility — you are responsible for all activity on your account.
The Platform's Role
EarnPati is a distribution/referral platform — we are not a bank, NBFC, insurer, or lender ourselves. We provide a connection between financial product providers and partners who distribute those products.
The terms, approval, and servicing of the actual financial products (loans, cards, insurance, etc.) are the responsibility of the respective product provider, not EarnPati.
Partner Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
While using the platform, avoid the following:
- Submitting fake, duplicate, or misrepresented leads/sales.
- Giving false or misleading information about any financial product.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the platform's security.
- Misusing another partner's account or identity.
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination, and pending payouts being held.
Payout & Commission
Commission calculation, timeline, payment methods, and TDS deductions are explained in detail in our separate Payout Policy — that document is the authoritative reference for this section.
- Commission rates may vary by product and provider, and may be updated without notice.
- Commission on fraud-flagged or cancelled sales may be reversed or adjusted.
For Advertisers/Product Providers
If you list your product on EarnPati through the Advertiser Enquiry Form:
- You confirm that the submitted company documents are genuine and that you are authorized to submit them.
- EarnPati retains final discretion over onboarding — submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a listing.
- Payout terms (payout amount, term, reporting frequency) are set through mutual agreement.
Liability & Disclaimers
EarnPati provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, EarnPati will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
The free CIBIL check feature is provided through a third party (Poonawalla Fincorp) — the accuracy or availability of that service is not EarnPati's responsibility.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. EarnPati may also suspend or terminate an account in cases of violation of these Terms, fraud, or prolonged inactivity — with reasonable notice, wherever possible.
Even after termination, any previously accrued and verified payouts will be settled through the applicable process.
Governing Law & Grievance
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
