This policy applies to registered partners on EarnPati, advertisers/product providers who submit the Advertiser Enquiry Form, and visitors to this website. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.
What Information We Collect
We only collect the information necessary to run the platform, pay you out, and meet regulatory compliance requirements:
- Account information — Name, mobile number, email, KYC documents, and bank/payment details (for verification and same-day payout).
- Sale/lead data — Details of the financial product leads you generate (customer name only to the extent needed to process the sale).
- Advertiser/business information — Company documents, product details, and payout preferences submitted through the Advertiser Enquiry Form.
- Technical information — Device type, app/browser version, and usage analytics that help us improve the platform.
How We Use Information
Your information is used for the following:
- Verifying your account through KYC and processing payouts.
- Verifying sales/leads and detecting fraud or duplicate leads.
- Providing customer service through your RM/support.
- Complying with applicable tax laws (such as TDS) and RBI/regulatory requirements.
- Sending important updates, payout confirmations, and policy notifications (app notification/SMS/email).
We never sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

- Account data is retained for as long as your EarnPati account is active, plus any applicable tax/regulatory record-keeping period.
- Upon request to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within the bounds of the law.

- Access — View your profile information from the app/web dashboard.
- Correction — Get incorrect information updated or corrected.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your information by closing your account (where legally possible).
